She has over 19 years in marketing, sales and sales management in the corporate environment She brings many diversified skills and professionalism to the Daley Real Estate Team. Jane graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of MN and embarked upon a professional real estate career in Minnesota. She was recruited for a position with AT&T in sales and marketing, where she moved up the ranks into sales management, and achieved the highest recognition awards along the way. Jane recently took advantage of early retirement at AT&T and joined Jeff in the real estate business. Jane was also a partner in the family Investment Property business where they buy, sell, and rent single and multi-family residential properties since 1980.

It was a natural transition for Jeff & Jane to move into real estate careers with over 13 personal and corporate relocation moves plus, their experience in a family owned Investment Property Company since 1980.

After an honorable discharge from the military with two years of service in Vietnam where he was recognized for serving with distinction and valor, Jeff returned to the states to continue his college studies. He holds a degree from CA University in Business Management, a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University, an Executive MBA, and graduated from the Executive program in MIS at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jeff retired from Lucent Technologies as the Director of Sales and Marketing and brings those skills along with him into his real estate career.

Jeff graduated from the prestigious Floyd Wickman School for realtors seeking the highest degree of knowledge in real estate for the benefit of their buying and selling clients. Less than one percent of the current realtors nation wide have graduated from this 10-week intensive course.

Jeff also holds the National Association of Realtors e-Pro certification. This certification demonstrates the abilities of the individual in working with on-line technology to benefit the consumer.

Tonya Weathers makes her clients successful with her cheerful, positive, "can-do" attitude! As proven evidence of this winning spirit, she recently received the "Shining Star" award upon graduating from the Floyd Wickman Course for real estate professionals. With this award, she was recognized "As The Most Improved Individual in Attitude, Commitment and Skills during the Floyd Wickman Course 2000."

In addition to her attitude, several other qualities make Tonya an outstanding real estate agent. Tonya's uncanny sense of direction and spatial awareness are the cornerstones to her success in assisting clients to find the right home. With the experience of running her own business and employment as a legal assistant, Tonya has the skill and understanding to effectively manage the organizational, managerial, and marketing aspects of the real estate business.

Shannon graduated from California State Fullerton and Shana from Wisconsin State University - Stout. They have made me very proud and happy man. That's why you see me running around with that silly grin on my face all the time.

We love any activity that is related to sea, sand, and sun. Snow skiing is also on our list, but we love it best when we can leave the snow behind after we're done skiing. We also enjoy spending time with our family and our dogs Zeus & Venus. Much of our family is located in Minnesota where we were both born and raised.
